STEP 1/16
Please prepare the ingredients first.
This recipe is for one person, and if you want to increase it to two people, you can double the bread, sliced ham, and sliced cheddar cheese, and you can make the rest of the ingredients without adding eggs.

Place 3 slices of bread on top and cut the edges with a knife.
Don't cut too much, just cut the edges as thin as possible.

Spread mustard sauce on 1 sheet of bread.

Place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on top of mustard sauce.

Place 1 slice ham on top of it.

Spread the strawberry jam on another slice of bread.

Cover slices of ham with strawberry jam covered side down.

Repeat steps 3 through 7 in the above order one more time.
Spread the mustard sauce on the top of the top of the bread, put another slice of cheddar cheese on top of it, put another slice of ham on top of it, spread strawberry jam on the other slice, and cover the ham with the side covered with strawberry jam facing down.
Then it looks like the picture.

In a bowl, break 2 eggs, add 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 1/4 cup milk and mix well.

Pour 1 cup breadcrumb into another wide plate or bowl.

First, soak the sandwich in egg water enough, then coat it with breadcrumbs.

Grease a heated pan with plenty of cooking oil and bake the sandwiches over medium heat, turning back and forth, until golden.
