Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces, and prepare the fried eggs to suit your taste (half-cooked, hard-boiled).

Put avocado, fried egg, and low-salt pollack (1/2-1 tablespoon) on top of the rice and add seaweed flakes
Place parsley on fried eggs and sesame seeds on top of pollack.
