STEP 1/15
lettuce and chicory preparation
Cut off the roots of the lettuce and separate them one by one. You can cut it and use it, but it's hard to organize it, so it's better to organize it one by one.
STEP 2/15
Cut the slices of lettuce one at a time, similar to the size of the bread.
I'll cut the chicory in half and put it in.
STEP 3/15
Prepare onions and tomatoes
Cut the onions into slices about 1 centimeter thick and separate them one by one in a circle.
Slice the tomatoes into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
STEP 4/15
Sliced ham
Grill sliced ham lightly in a frying pan.
STEP 5/15
Create a Spread
You can make the spread however you want. You can mix ketchup and mayonnaise, you can mix mayonnaise and mustard, you can only use mayonnaise, and you can choose according to your preference.
I made it with 1T of mayonnaise, 1T of whole grain mustard, and 1t of sugar.
STEP 6/15
Grilling Ciabatta
You can use the Ciabatta bread as it is, but if you grill it lightly, it's more delicious because it's moist and crispy.
Cut the ciabatta in half, lightly butter the frying pan and let cool over low heat. I don't make it right away when it's hot.
STEP 7/15

It's good to eat it as it is, but it's more convenient to cut it.
You can cut it into two or four pieces.
STEP 15/15
It's convenient to cut it into four pieces and eat it. You can eat it neatly so that it doesn't spill in one or two bites.
