STEP 1/8
1/2 green onion and 2 green peppers
Tear 6-7 peperoncinos by hand.
STEP 2/8
Please make the sauce.
(four tablespoons of sugar, four tablespoons of vinegar, three tablespoons of brewed soy sauce,
1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon chicken stock, pepper)

Pour enough cooking oil into the pan
Add frozen chicken and fry for about 7,8 minutes.

Put a lot of chili oil in the pan
Add green onion and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and stir-fry.
STEP 5/8
Stir-fry it for about 2 minutes and then add chopped peppers
Add pepperoncino and stir-fry again.
STEP 6/8
Put the prepared 1 tablespoon of sauce into the edge of the pan and boil it down as if it were burning.
STEP 7/8
Then stick the sauce and boil the sauce.
STEP 8/8
When the sauce boils, add the chicken
Put the heat over high heat and stir-fry it quickly to complete.
