Making grilled LA ribs
One of my family's favorite dishes that likes meat. It's LA galbi It's not hard to make galbi sauce. It's a menu that you make during the Lunar New Year's Day I'll teach you how to season LA ribs easily

Ingredients
  • short ribs
    1kg
  • Soy sauce
    150ml
  • Water
    2cup
  • cooking wine
    1/2cup
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • ship
    1.5cup
  • crushed garlic
    2spoon
  • ginger powder
    0.5spoon
  • Sugar
    5spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    2spoon
  • ground pepper
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I washed LA galbi in running water and removed the bone powder
STEP 2/8
Dip it in cold water to drain the blood
About 30 to an hour is enough
STEP 3/8
1/2 onions + 1 pear. I used all of them
I didn't use it because I didn't have green onions, but if there is, cut it and mix it with the sauce
STEP 4/8
Add the sauce and mix it well
STEP 5/8
Add the drained meat and marinate
Half a day is enough.. I used it after sleeping for 2 days^^

Put the meat in the sauce and store it in the refrigerator
STEP 7/8
Grill well-seasoned meat in a pan
STEP 8/8
If you add seasoning while the ribs are being cooked
It doesn't burn and you can cook it moistly^^
