Italian traditional homemade recipe: #8 Making apple crumble pie
Hello, ^.^ I'm Casameana. The recipe I'm going to introduce today is a traditional British dessert pie recipe with fresh apples and butter. It's an apple soboro pie recipe that anyone can easily make without any other tools. You can add jam or nutella to your liking for the sauce in the soboro pie.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Material:
dough
400g of flour
150g of sugar
120g of butter
2 eggs
16g of baking powder
Making Apple Sauce
Three apples
80g of sugar
a piece of lemon
Cinnamon powder (select)
STEP 2/15
Peel 3 apples, cut into appropriate sizes, and place in a pot.
STEP 3/15
Cut 1 fresh lemon in half and squeeze the lemon juice.

Pour the salty lemon juice into the pot.

Put 80g of sugar in a pot and mix well
Cook over medium heat, stirring slowly for 4-5 minutes.
The apple sauce is complete.

Pour 400g of flour into a bowl, add 150g of sugar and baking powder and mix well.

Add 2 eggs and 120g of butter slightly melted at room temperature and mix first with a fork or spatula.
When the butter and dough are somewhat lumped together, use your hands to form a dough like a grain of sand.

Place paper foil on bottom of 26cm diameter round cake pan.
Put half of the dough in and press it down like you're going to chop it with your hands

The apple sauce is not flowing!!

Pour in the apple sauce and spread evenly with a spoon.
Lastly, cover the apple sauce with the remaining dough evenly.
STEP 11/15
Place in a 180 degree oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Well-baked apple crumble pies in the oven are done.

Transfer the completely cooled pie to a plate.

    I haven't tasted it yet, but I really like the result I turned it around for 180 degrees 40 minutes, but the Soboro didn't come out of color, so I baked it for another 15 minutes at 170 degrees, and it turned out pretty and smelled like baking I'm sure it tastes good Thank you for the good recipe

    That's amazing. The best visual member and plenty of portion. I added lemon juice and zest, and I added a little salt to the dough, so it's huge. Sugar is reduced to 100 grams. I think I'll use it often in the future. Thank you!!
