Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Heat the pan over high heat, reduce the heat to low heat, and stir-fry 100g of medium anchovies in a dry pan for a minute to remove the fishy smell and moisture
STEP 2/8
Put the stir-fried anchovies on a sieve for 1 minute, shake off the crumbs, and set aside
STEP 3/8
Turn off the heat and mix the sauce in the pan
three tablespoons of cooking oil
two tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of thick soy sauce
three tablespoons of cooking wine
3 tablespoons of red pepper paste

When the sauce is dripping, turn on the pan, add half a tablespoon of ginger juice, and boil the sauce
STEP 5/8
When the sauce is boiling, turn off the heat and mix it with 100g of anchovies
STEP 6/8
If the sauce gets on the anchovies evenly, turn on the heat and cook it slightly (1 to 2 minutes)
It makes the sauce soak into the anchovies

Turn off the heat and add 2 tablespoons of starch syrup
Add a deep sweetness
STEP 8/8
Add sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon of sesame powder, mix it, and add the green onions and enjoy it
