Banana chocolate chunk scone
Try cooking the blackened bananas in a different way :) It's a crispy outside and moist scone with a banana scent. Even if you eat it after a day, you can enjoy it as it is. It's the best to give as a gift.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Sift the flour, almond powder.
STEP 2/14
Add sugar and salt and whisk well.
STEP 3/14
Slice the pre-frozen butter into small pieces.
STEP 4/14
Add the bananas to the whipped cream and mix them together so that they do not lump.
STEP 5/14
Add vanilla oil to banana mixture and mix.
STEP 6/14
Add banana mixture to powder mixture and mix lightly until no raw powder is visible.

Add the sliced chocolate to the batter and mix well.
STEP 8/14
Place the dough on a work surface sprinkled with powder (strong flour) and press it down to shape it into a rectangle. The thickness of about 3cm is appropriate.

Cover the plastic wrap with the shaped dough and store it in the freezer for 2 hours.

Cut the dough into six equal parts.

Spread the milk on the top of the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, turning the pan back and forth for another 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool completely.

Remove the scones from the oven pan.
