Sift the flour, almond powder.

Add sugar and salt and whisk well.

Slice the pre-frozen butter into small pieces.

Add the bananas to the whipped cream and mix them together so that they do not lump.

Add vanilla oil to banana mixture and mix.

Add banana mixture to powder mixture and mix lightly until no raw powder is visible.

Add the sliced chocolate to the batter and mix well.

Place the dough on a work surface sprinkled with powder (strong flour) and press it down to shape it into a rectangle. The thickness of about 3cm is appropriate.

Cover the plastic wrap with the shaped dough and store it in the freezer for 2 hours.

Cut the dough into six equal parts.

Spread the milk on the top of the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, turning the pan back and forth for another 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool completely.

Remove the scones from the oven pan.
Make sure to use ripe bananas to bring out the banana scent and taste^^
Make sure to slice the butter and put it in the freezer
Freezing the powder ingredients in advance about an hour before use also helps keep the dough temperature cold.
