Slice carrots thinly, please.
You can chop the carrots thinly, or you can slice them with potato fillers like me. Choose according to your preference.

First, add 1t of salt to 2 carrots, mix well, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Add 3T of olive oil, 2T of lemon juice or vinegar, 1T of whole grain mustard, 1T of sugar, and pepper to the salted carrot and mix well.

You can just put one in the carrot right away, but it's better to mix it evenly if you just mix the seasoning.

The carrot laffe is delicious if you eat it after aging it for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

If the seasoning is too much, you can easily get sick of it, but the seasoning is not too much and it makes you crave it. I think it will go well with any ingredients. This itself is delicious, but I think it will play a role in making other ingredients stand out.
