Chop the carrots, zucchini, onions, and paprika in the fried rice into bite-size pieces.

Cut the pineapple into bite-size pieces

Push rice to one side and cook pineapple and 1 egg on the other side.

When the ingredients are mixed, add 1.5t of soy sauce and 1.5t of sesame oil and stir-fry it

*Pineapple helps digestion of pork and helps with the greasiness.
*Cook all the ingredients and stir-fry them before you season this dish.
*I cooked it all in one frying pan, but you can cook pineapple and eggs separately in another frying pan and combine them.
*If you mix undercooked pineapples with fried rice, water will form and the fried rice will get tough, so be careful.
