[Making fish cake skewers] With two flavors of fish cake sauce
I can't even eat street food these days, so make it delicious at home! I made it with two delicious marinade styles.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Make broth by adding a stock pack, onions, and green onions to 1500-200ml of water.
STEP 2/7
Just put the long fish cake in, fold it into 2~3 pieces, fold it into a wavy shape, and stick it with a skewer.
STEP 3/7
Add fish cake skewers in the broth and season with soy sauce and tuna fish sauce.
STEP 4/7
I'm going to make two styles of marinade on two pieces of paper that I divided well between onions and cheongyang peppers.

The first sauce with onions, cheongyang peppers, chives, minced garlic, red pepper powder, and soy sauce
STEP 6/7
Second sauce with onion, cheongyang pepper, soy sauce, sesame, sugar and water

If you mix it evenly and dip it in fish cake, it's delicious!
