STEP 1/7
If possible, use a scale to measure without failure Add 200g of milk, 2 spoons of sugar (16-17g), and 1 spoon of potato starch and mix them well, and the ingredients are ready
STEP 2/7
It was annoying, so I used a whipping machine for about 30 seconds. If you don't have a whisk, stir with a spoon for 2 to 3 minutes. If you want to make strawberry or chocolate ice cream, whip it with powder or liquid. It's delicious even if you put in a zitty. Today, I'm going to eat milk flavor
STEP 3/7
Place the mixed ingredients in a skillet and continue to stir over medium heat so that they do not burn; turn off the heat when the bubbles rise and start to form lumps and stir for another minute.
STEP 4/7
Put it in a container that can be put in the freezer and cool it down for 10 minutes.
STEP 5/7
Cover the cooled ingredients and put them in the freezer. If you freeze it for about 5 hours, you're done making ice cream.
STEP 6/7
I took it out after 5 hours. It freezes hard and doesn't open right away with a spoon. Leave it at room temperature for about 5 minutes and put it in to make it float well. It doesn't melt immediately like water because of its texture.
STEP 7/7
Eat the finished ice cream with toppings that suit your taste. I used cocoa powder and almond powder that I used to make bread
When you make it with 200g of milk, you get about 3 lumps of ice cream spoon. I think it would be good to make the same ratio depending on the amount you need.
