STEP 1/6
Chop the vegetables you want to put on top. Gorgonzola doesn't need vegetables, but it tastes better if you put it on lightly. I put in red pepper, green pepper, and onion in a pretty bird star, and it's a great combination.
STEP 2/6
Bake in a heated pan only until it slightly swells back and forth without adding oil.
STEP 3/6
Apply a lot of honey.. Do not apply it at the end because it can flow when you microwave it.
STEP 4/6
Put a lot of cheese on top. You can microwave it for a minute to melt the cheese
STEP 5/6
But it would taste better with vegetables. The shape is pretty, too
It tastes completely different from when you put sauce on it.
STEP 6/6
All you have to do is melt the cheese, so microwave it (about 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds) and it's done. The specifications are different for each microwave.
Since tortilla is small, cut it hard with a knife so that the pizza doesn't get pushed to one side and the center is well separated when cutting. If you cut it into 8 pieces, it's good to eat it in bite-sized pieces.
