STEP 1/10
Cover pan with canola oil and sesame oil and stir-fry pork, onion and green onion over high heat for 4-5 minutes.

Add eggs, cheongyang red pepper, and pepper, boil over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes, and finish.

Put the soft tofu stew in an earthen pot. (Tip. You can put the egg yolk separately.)
