  • soft tofu

  • Pork and minced meat
    1/2cup
  • chopped onion
    1cup
  • leek
    1cup
  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Eggs

  • Red pepper powder

  • crushed garlic

  • Korean style soy sauce
    1TS
  • Seasoned salt
    1/2TS
  • ground pepper
  • canola oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cover pan with canola oil and sesame oil and stir-fry pork, onion and green onion over high heat for 4-5 minutes.
STEP 2/10
(Tip. Stir-fry until water comes out of the ingredients.)
STEP 3/10
Add red pepper powder, turn off the heat, and stir-fry the ingredients.
STEP 4/10
Turn on the heat again, pour water, and simmer over medium heat for 1 minute.
STEP 5/10
Add ground garlic, please.
STEP 6/10
Add soy sauce, please. (Tip. It is said that soy sauce can be replaced with dark soy sauce.)
STEP 7/10
Add the flavored salt and simmer for 1 minute over medium heat. (Tip. I added 1/2 tablespoon of flavored salt later.)
STEP 8/10
Add soft tofu and simmer over medium heat for 1 minute
STEP 9/10
Add eggs, cheongyang red pepper, and pepper, boil over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes, and finish.
STEP 10/10
Put the soft tofu stew in an earthen pot. (Tip. You can put the egg yolk separately.)
