STEP 1/7
Prepare 800g of pork belly.
You can't cut it into slices, but it's better to cut it in whole.

*The order doesn't matter.
With the water boiling,
Add 2 layers of green onion, 1 onion, 1 spoon of ginger thumb nail, coffee powder, 1 spoon of thick salt, 1 handful of garlic, 1/2 spoon of whole pepper and 2 1/2 spoon of soybean paste.

Wait until it boils.

Put pork belly in a boiling pot.
Now change the heat to medium and wait for 40 minutes.
Oh! You have to put the lid on!

Listen to the meat in 40 minutes.
If the fat gets soft and the meat gets soft
That's it.
Then now, we have to take time.
Remove from gas heat, cover and let stand for 20 minutes.
You have to steam it to make the meat tender.

After you let it steam,
Take out the meat and cut it. It will be cut smoothly :)

1. The order of putting in the broth water doesn't matter. You can just put in the ingredients for the recipe.
2. Boil for 40 minutes, but if the meat is less tender, boil for another 10 to 20 minutes.
