Peel the burdock, slice it, and wash it slightly.
And cut it into bite-size pieces.

Stir-fry burdock in perilla oil over low heat for 15 minutes. It's 15 minutes.

Add sugar, soy sauce, and water, stir-fry slightly over high heat, and simmer for 5 minutes over medium-low heat. If you stir-fry it a little bit, it will boil down quickly.

Now, when it's boiled down to medium and low for 5 minutes, add oligosaccharide and mix.
Sesame oil is a choiceI didn't put in a lot of perilla oil, but if I put in sesame oil, it tastes better!

Sprinkle sesame seeds and finish it off. Stir-fried burdock and side dishes that are not tough, soft, and bitter are complete. Enjoy your meal. You can mix it with eggs or it's really good even if you put it in kimbap.
You took too much time to cook burdock, right? Please keep the low heat for 15 minutes and medium heat for 5 minutes. Especially, it tastes really different from stir-fried in perilla oil and just braised! Enjoy your meal
