Cheese Kimchi Roll Pork Belly / Copying Gangneung Restaurant!
These days, it's hard to find good restaurants due to COVID-19, so it's fun to make it while imitating good restaurants Today, I made grilled pork belly cheese kimchi rolls in line at Gangneung Jungang Market. See the https://youtu.be/wswta5IaecA video for more information.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare pork belly for the meat, and cheese is okay regardless of the shape of mozzarella cheese~~
STEP 2/10
If you have something in store, you can use it instead of boiling it.
You can skip the red pepper with rat poop.
STEP 3/10
First, boil the soy sauce with the amount of ingredients.
Bring to a boil over high heat for 20 minutes, then simmer over low heat for another 20 minutes.
STEP 4/10
For kimchi, squeeze the soup and slice it thinly and shred onions and carrots.
Mix kimchi with a little bit of sugar and sesame oil.
STEP 5/10
Grease the pan and stir-fry onions and carrots enough.
Add two pinch of salt and season it slightly.
STEP 6/10
When the above ingredients are ready, put 3-4 slices of pork belly and roll it with kimchi, perilla leaves, cheese, stir-fried onions and carrots. It's easier to cook if the meat isn't too thick.
STEP 7/10
Add 1/2 cup heated soy sauce, 3T sugar, 2T starch syrup, 1T cooking wine, 1/4 cup vinegar and make sauce
STEP 8/10
Heat a wide pan, lower the heat, and roll the meat
I'll put it on top and grill it.
STEP 9/10
When cooked well, add the sauce and cook until the sauce is cooked
STEP 10/10
If you keep the rolled meat in the refrigerator and grill it before you eat it, it's delicious
