Cut cabbage into 3 pieces and cut onions into 1/4 shreds Shaved shiitake mushrooms into 1 piece, enoki mushrooms into half pieces, green onions into long shreds, Cheongyang peppers in total

Add 700 to 750ml of water and boil it with a stock pack.

I have rice cake and tofu in the refrigerator, so I added more ingredients :)

Seasoning is soy sauce, minced garlic, tuna fish sauce, salt, pepper

Adjust the seasoning to your liking, and then add the egg to the end. Seasoned soy sauce, vinegar, red pepper powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Dip them in cabbage and eat them with dumplings!
If you put too much cabbage, it might smell like cabbage
