STEP 1/15
It's the ingredient for making mini fish buns.
Waffle mix 200g water 230ml red bean 4T for shaved ice is the ingredient.
(You can sell the fish bun dough or make it yourself, but we made it with ingredients that are very easy to make.)

I'm a bungeo-ppang fan. (You can buy it for between 10,000 won and 20,000 won online.)
I recommend mini bungeoppang pan for houses with children, and regular bungeoppang pan for houses with adults only, rather than mini

With 200g of waffle mix, you can make 12 to 16 mini fish buns

The ratio of water to waffle mix is very important. After many trials and errors, the ratio of waffle mix 1 to water 1.1 was the best
Add 230ml of water and mix it well.
STEP 5/15
Instead of bungeo-ppang filling with red beans for shaved ice.
(You can buy it for less than 5,000 won at the mart.)

It's convenient to use a kettle to feel the emotions and cook more easily
STEP 7/15
Preheat the bungeo-ppang pan on low heat for 1 minute each. (That way, the dough won't stick and the shape of the bungeo-ppang will come out well.)

Pour the batter about 1/2 of the fish bun mold first with a kettle.
When you grill it, you must grill it on low heat.
STEP 9/15
Pour the dough and add 1/2t of red bean paste for shaved ice right away.
STEP 10/15
Add red beans and pour the dough right away to cover it so that you can't see the red beans.
STEP 11/15
Close the lid and turn it over immediately and bake for 1 minute.
(The bottom part is cooked to a certain extent while pouring the dough, adding red beans, and then pouring the dough again.)
After 1 minute, turn the pen over and bake for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Turn it over and bake for 30 seconds.
STEP 12/15
This is a golden fish bun that can be baked for about 3 minutes.
STEP 13/15
If you add less water than waffle mix, or bake it over high heat, it will look like a picture next to it, so I recommend you to do it according to the ratio.

If you like crispy tail next to bungeo-ppang, pour the batter until it slightly overflows the mold.

This is the completed waffle mix mini bungeoppang.
It's very delicious even if you add whipped cream and dip it in it.
Dough ratio: Waffle mix 1: Water 1.1 - Absolutely important
When baking, always cook over low heat.
I baked it with an easy-to-make material.
I recommend regular bungeoppang pan for houses with many adults and mini bungeoppang pan for houses with many children.
(Mini fish bun pan is a little harder to bake)
