Braised kimchi with ripe kimchi! Steamed aged kimchi with good c
By now, there must be some ripe kimchi in the refrigerator that needs to be processed, but I think the dish that can be handled deliciously is braised kimchi. If you put it on hot rice, it's two bowls of rice~~ Please refer to the video for more information on https://youtu.be/2kmsAdmhtyg .

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
If you don't like spicy chili peppers, you can skip the ripened kimchi that has wide leaves.
Pork is also good, but it's more convenient to buy pork belly, pork neck, or batteries for grilling and roll them
STEP 2/10
Chop the onion and slice the green onion diagonally or in half length. Cut the cheongyang peppers sideways, too.
Use ground garlic or chop garlic.
STEP 3/10
Season the sweetened meat first. Steamed ripe kimchi tastes better with large chunks of meat, but it's comfortable because sweet and sour pork is cooked well.
It's softer and tastier with more fat in it
STEP 4/10
Add cooking wine, sugar, garlic, pepper, and soybean paste and season until sticky.
STEP 5/10
Wrap the right amount of meat with kimchi and wrap it well.
STEP 6/10
It would be better to wrap the small leaves in two and make them easier to eat in one leaf.
STEP 7/10
When the ingredients are ready, put onions and green onions on the pot to boil.
STEP 8/10
Put the rolled kimchi on top of it one by one.
STEP 9/10
Add anchovy broth while boiling after pouring it in moderation. Cover and simmer over medium heat for more than 20 minutes, then simmer over low heat for another 20 minutes. Bring to a boil as the soup boils down and adds to it. The seasoning of the soup should not be salty.
If it's bland, add kimchi soup and if it's salty, add water and adjust the seasoning.
STEP 10/10
Add a little bit of pepper powder at the end, add some pepper, boil it a little more, and then finish.
