STEP 1/7
Chop 2/3 radishes and green onions into long pieces and chop the cheongyang red pepper.
STEP 2/7
Make cuts inside the squid. Cut the body of the squid into three pieces and cut the length of the knuckles and the legs accordingly.

In a preheated skillet, mix 1T of radishes and red pepper powder. Stir-fry the radish lightly, stirring the red pepper powder water.

Pour about 200ml of water to cover the radish and cook it half way.
STEP 5/7
When the radish is half cooked, add 800ml more water and when it boils, add squid.
STEP 6/7
While boiling, add 2T of soy sauce, minced garlic, and 1T of anchovy sauce (tuna sauce) and season the rest with salt.
STEP 7/7
Lastly, add green onions and Cheongyang red pepper to taste. Boil it one more time and it's done
