Chop the onion into small pieces.

Chop the green onions into small pieces.

Chop the carrots into small pieces.

Chop the sausage into small pieces, too.

Put the minced ingredients in a beaker or bowl, break the eggs, and then put them in
Season with salt.

And mix the ingredients evenly so that they mix well.

Put a spoonful of cooking oil in the pan and heat it up over high heat
When heated, lower the heat to a little lower than medium heat and pour the egg water to shape it, not when the egg water is a little less cooked than half-cooked, pour the egg water again and roll it. (Repeat)

Lastly, turn off the heat and push it from the residual heat to the edge of the pan to shape it.

Spread teriyaki sauce on it.

Sprinkle mayonnaise over it.

To finish, put some dried bonito on top and it's done.

Make sure to heat it on high heat and lower it to medium and low heat.
When rolling, when the egg is a little undercooked, leave the ends slightly behind.
