Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Please prepare the ingredients first.
I'm going to chop the green onions into the sauce, so I only need about 1/3 of them.
STEP 2/8
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
STEP 3/8
Place all the seasoning sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Sugar-1 tbsp, soy sauce-4 tbsp, starch syrup-2 tbsp, minced garlic-1/2 tbsp, ginger powder-1 tbsp, cooking wine-1 tbsp, oyster sauce-1/2 tbsp, pepper powder-a little, chopped green onion-1 tbsp, water-20cc (paper cup 1/3 cup)
STEP 4/8
Grill pork neck on a heated pan.
STEP 5/8
Don't cook the pork neck thoroughly, and when both sides are golden, pour the sauce evenly over them.
Since I bought pork neck, the owner has cut it into bite-sized pieces, but if you haven't cut the meat, boil it for about 30 seconds and reduce the heat completely and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
If you cut it without reducing the heat, the moisture evaporates quickly in the sauce, and the sauce starts to burn, so when you cut the meat, please reduce the heat completely or cut it before pouring the sauce.
STEP 6/8
If you have cut the meat, put it on high heat and boil down the seasoning as you stir well.
STEP 7/8
Grilled pork neck with soy sauce is done.
