STEP 1/9
Put soybean soft, gravitational flour, and yellow cheese powder in a bowl.
(Soybean soft has a lot of powdery flakes when particles are collected and sifted. Just sift the gravitational powder and the yellow cheese powder.)

Add sugar and salt to 1 and mix.

Add butter to 2 and chop it into small pieces with a scraper.

Add eggs and cooking oil to 3 and make it sticky.

Add milk to 4 and knead until lumped together.

Lastly, add parmesan and mozzarella cheese and finish the dough.

Divide the finished dough by 40g and form it into a long stick shape.

Panning at appropriate intervals.

Bake for 15 minutes in a 170 degree oven.
(There is a temperature difference between ovens, so please check the condition and adjust the time and temperature.)
1. Soybean Soft is replaceable with PineSoft T 350g + PineSoft 202 Pinesoft 20250g.
2. Remove milk and eggs at room temperature to remove cold energy and use butter cold.
3. Parmesan cheese powder and mozzarella cheese can be omitted.
4. If you don't have gravitational flour, add 10g of soft flour and strong flour.
5. Milk can be replaced with water.
