Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare large slices of ham and mushrooms, and shred onions.
STEP 2/7
Stir-fry onions, salt, and pepper in a pan with oil.
STEP 3/7
Mix eggs, milk, whipped cream, salt and pepper in a bowl.
STEP 4/7
Put the dumpling skin into the muffin mold and make a bowl shape.
STEP 5/7
Add onions, ham, and mushrooms to the dumpling skin and pour egg water.
STEP 6/7
Place a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top, sprinkle a little parsley powder, and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

    I thought you were supposed to buy and eat kish, but there's a way^^ Thank you.^^ Thanks to you, I brought different ingredients and tried the method you taught me^^ It's nice^^ I didn't have whipped cream, so I only put milk in it and didn't season the egg because they were young^^ And instead of ham, I added shrimp and corn^^ It's good^^ My oven is kind of strong, so I think it'll burn at 170 degrees for 13 minutes, so I lowered it to 140 degrees for 12 minutes^^ And there was a review saying that the bottom was mushy, so I took it out as soon as I said it and cooled it down, and it was okay^^ It's good to make it all cooked^^ Thank you.^^ They're eating really well, too^^

    The inside tastes so good. It tastes like carbonara because of the whipped cream. But can't you eat the dumpling skin that acts as a tart? The flour is still attached, the top edge is hard, and the bottom is mushy, but I can't eat it for some reason
