STEP 1/11
These are used mango juice and butter.
(Also available as mango puree.)
STEP 2/11
Prepare 200g of butter at room temperature.
(There are a lot of butter, but I used it in the morning because the butter was the most similar color.)
STEP 3/11
Mix it with 100ml of mango juice
*It's easier if you mix the juice little by little!
STEP 4/11
Beat in the butter well.
STEP 5/11
As the butter melts, it begins to mix with mango juice.
STEP 6/11
Please check if the juice is mixed well.
STEP 7/11
Add 3 tablespoons of honey as a rice spoon.
(If you don't like sweets, add 2 tablespoons.)
STEP 8/11
Add 2~3 pinch of salt.
STEP 9/11
Lastly, mix it well.
STEP 10/11
Outback style mango butter is complete!
It has a non-mango puree drink, so it has less mango scent, but it's very delicious and simple.
STEP 11/11
Freeze the remaining butter.
The bread is Paris Baguette "Romantic wheat brad full of whole wheat."
