Fried kelp
It should be in the kitchen, but I think kelp is not used much except for making soup. You can't just make it like other soup ingredients. Because it becomes dry if you leave it for a long time, you have to take it out quickly after making it for a few minutes. Maybe that's why I don't think I'm rushing to buy it even if I fall off. The seaweed, called the sea vegetable, is said to have an ingredient that inhibits cardiovascular disease and cancer. It is said that it has many other good ingredients, but it is true that we do not know how to eat it in various ways. Since I bought large and fluffy kelp, I wanted to make something different, so I made a fried egg. If you don't need many ingredients and sprinkle a lot of sugar to purify the salty taste a little, it would be perfect for a rice thief role and a short snack.

Ingredients
  • Sea tangle
    1piece
  • Sugar
  • Cooking oil
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, wipe the surface of the kelp with a dry dishcloth or kitchen towel.
STEP 2/4
Cut the dried kelp into appropriate sizes.
STEP 3/4
Raise the oil temperature to 160 degrees and fry the kelp for 3-4 seconds.
STEP 4/4
Sprinkle with sugar while hot.
Be careful not to fry the oil too high or too long. It burns really quickly. The kelp is salty, so you can sprinkle a lot of sugar. It's better to choose a thicker kelp. You can sprinkle sugar when the kelp is hot or shake it with sugar and fried kelp in a plastic bag.
