STEP 1/9
Please prepare the vegetables after trimming them well. Any vegetables in the refrigerator are available. Personally, I think I need water parsley and cabbage^^
STEP 2/9
Put the beef for shabu-shabu in a bowl
STEP 3/9
This is Moranbong Shabu Shabu stock that I bought from E-Mart. The price is also cheap at around 2,000 won. If you dilute 1,400ml of water in one pack, that's it. It tastes good, so I don't think I need to make broth
STEP 4/9
After diluting it, add radish and boil it
STEP 5/9
Boil the kalguksu moderately in boiling water and rinse it in cold water.
STEP 6/9
Please prepare rice with water parsley, pine needles, eggs, and sesame oil.
STEP 7/9
You can set it up, put vegetables, meat, and eat it! Sauce is a commercially available sauce for ponzu, sesame, and chili sauce.
STEP 8/9
After I finish eating it, the noodles are so good. Please add more broth when you eat kalguksu after leaving it without using it at first.
STEP 9/9
After finishing the kalguksu, remove the broth and stir-fry the rice, eggs, and water parsley, and you're done with the shabu-shabu course!
It's soft and delicious to blanch the meat slightly. It's not difficult to use commercial sauce and broth, but it's much better than shabu-shabu you eat outside, so make sure to make it!!
