Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare a thick burdock root, rub the outside with a soft scrubber in running water, cut it into 4 pieces, and cut it into 4 pieces. Cut it thicker than a regular strainer
I made it for gimbap, so I cut it into big pieces, but if you cut it thin and cook it, it's convenient to eat it as a side dish
STEP 2/5
Boil 1 tablespoon vinegar in boiling water and add burdock salad for 2~3 minutes
STEP 3/5
Wash it in cold water, put it in a pot, and add the seagull/dried kelp, and make soy sauce seasoning and pour it
STEP 4/5
Pour the soy sauce into the burdock and boil it over high heat
STEP 5/5
I boiled it for about 7 minutes
There's almost no soy sauce, but turn off the gas and add a little bit of sesame oil and mix it well
Root vegetables such as burdock/ lotus root are rich in nutrients in the skin Do not peel off; wash and cook
