Fried yellow corvina
Last summer, the whole family went to the island where June's villa was located. When I heard someone's mackerel fishing baby, my son and father wanted to try fishing, and eventually settled down there, because there were two fishing rods in the villa, and all of our family members were newbies who had never caught a fishing rod. After arriving, he had a late lunch and rested for a while, and when the midday sun subsided a little, his son wandered down to the ship's place, put the pork belly fat into the bait with all his heart as if it were art, and threw it ambitiously into the lake. Where can there be so many blind fish that can be easily bitten by a beginner Kang Tae-gong's fishing pole. There was a world here that was not easy, so the group looking down from the terrace gave a word of advice using all their knowledge, but they were only deprived of the bait several times over an hour. When everyone was losing interest little by little, I heard the cheers of my son, and the pride and pride of catching a fish for the first time in my life...Under the firm will of courtesy to eat the first fish, the father and son put their heads together, picked the pears of three small fish, and washed them, and just in time, a friend who was doing Compree Pancake put flour on them and fried them on the spot. As I recall, all of our group were happy to be one with three small fish, and the lake, which twinkled with the slowly passing sun, was beautiful as if it were out of this world. I went out to the mart today and found a trimmed baby corvina. I couldn't feed my children fish properly because of my overly sensitive sense of smell, but I quickly go there because I want to fry a few pieces of my son thinking about the impression(?) of the day today.

  • Cheongju
    1/4cup
  • potato starch
    1/2cup

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
After melting the frozen premature meat, soak it in Cheongju to blow away the fishy smell.
STEP 2/7
Place the drained yellow corvina meat on a kitchen towel to remove the remaining moisture and sprinkle a little pepper evenly.
STEP 3/7
Coat the prepared starch powder evenly back and forth.
STEP 4/7
In a heated pan, fry the prepared corvina until golden brown.
STEP 5/7
Prepare ginger by slicing it into thick pieces.
STEP 6/7
When it's almost fried, add the prepared ginger to give it a flavor.
STEP 7/7
Shake off the oil and transfer to oil paper.
*You can grill it with a little flour without frying it. * It was good to cook because it was all trimmed, but please note that the corvina is a really small corvina. *I hate fishy smell so much that I used rice wine and fried ginger later, so it's okay to skip this process.
