Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Making finger food spring rolls
Cucumber and paprika carrots
Cut it into the same length and get ready
You can change the spring roll material to suit your taste
You can add various ingredients such as onion, red cabbage, cheese, etc
Parboil the shrimp and prepare rice paper
STEP 2/4
Boil water and mix it with cold water
Prepare hot water in a bowl that is hot enough to put your hands in
Spin the rice paper
Wet it until it's soft
STEP 3/4
Place the softened rice paper on a plate or cutting board
I'll put a piece of perilla leaf first
Don't stack up the ingredients you prepared
Please put it up side by side
Roll it and fold it to the left and right
Roll it again and you're done making spring rolls
