2. Mix 2ts of salt, 2ts of sugar, 1ts of ginger powder, 1ts of garlic powder, 1ts of pepper, 1ts of MSG, and 500ml of milk well and age the chicken for about 6 hours.

3. Put 1kg of flour, 10-12TS of corn starch, 4ts of salt, MSG2ts, 2ts of paprika powder, 2ts of nutmeg powder, 4ts of onion powder, 6ts of garlic powder, 2ts of pepper powder, 2ts of baking powder, and 2ts of sugar in a large bowl and mix evenly.

6. In 180 degrees of oil (oil is used by mixing olive oil and regular oil), fry the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes, remove it, cool it for a while, and fry it again for about 4 minutes.
