A low-carbohydrate healthy snack that catches all three kinds of deliciousness, protein intake, and low calories! Can I eat only boiled eggs and sweet potatoes every day because I'm on a diet? Eat a lot of delicious snacks and enjoy your diet!! Sweet and salty. Crispy and delicious Gorgonzola tofu chips are really good. The magical taste of finding wine without realizing it! Ingredients
  • Tofu noodles

  • Gorgonzola cheese

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, I'll preheat the oven to 200C and start. Remove the ssam tofu and remove moisture by pressing it with both palms.
STEP 2/6
Place the paper foil on the oven pan and arrange the wrap tofu so that it does not overlap. Bake in a preheated oven for 14 minutes.
STEP 3/6
Spread condensed milk or honey on top of the first baked tofu chip. When I measured 15g of condensed milk, it didn't leave any leftovers.
STEP 4/6
Apply condensed milk and add 12g of Gorgonzola cheese.
STEP 5/6
Sprinkle with shredded or mozzarella cheese.
STEP 6/6
Put it back in the oven, set the temperature to 200C, and bake it for 3 more minutes.
The baking time and temperature can vary depending on the type and condition of the oven. I think we need to find the right baking time by referring to the baking time of the recipe. I'm using Samsung HSB-C420HS built-in oven. Please refer to it lightly. The estimated calorie of Gorgonzola tofu chips baked in a pack of ssam tofu is about 306 kcal. There's a side effect of finding wine and beer. Dieters and maintenance workers, please be careful :)
