It's a recipe for tangerine jelly with a fresh tangerine scent. I used tangerine peel to make it look exactly like a regular tangerine. How about a chewy tangerine jelly snack this winter?

3 tangerines (200g), 2g of powdered agar, 2g of ash, 50g of sugar

Cut the tangerine in half and separate the flesh from the skin

Grind 200g of tangerine pulp in a blender
STEP 4/5
Add 2g of powdered agar, 2g of ash, and 50g of sugar to the ground tangerine juice, stir well, and bring to a boil
