STEP 1/13
It's Iberico pork from Spain. I'm going to season it first
STEP 2/13
Before seasoning the meat, defrost the frozen vegetables and mix them well with olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, and basil powder. Then, the seasoning of the grilled vegetables in the garnish is done!!
STEP 3/13
I'm going to marinate Iberico pork steak with two spices. The first was simply using ready-made sauce. It's charcoal-flavored meat sauce. There's a bit of soy sauce and there's a bit of a fire scent. Um... You can think of it as BBQ sauce. It's less sweet.
STEP 4/13
Coat two chunks of Iberico pork with the unscented meat sauce and spread it back and forth. And it ripens in the refrigerator.
STEP 5/13
Another seasoning is simply marinate it with garlic salt, pepper, and basil powder evenly. As expected, it ripens in the refrigerator.
STEP 6/13
I seasoned frozen vegetables with a garnish to eat with steak, and another garnish is to grill corn butter. There's steamed corn. Cut it in half.
STEP 7/13
Spread the butter evenly. Leave the butter at room temperature a little and apply when smooth. Now put it in a preheated air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and bake.
STEP 8/13
It's a well-baked corn butter. Sprinkle a lot of Parmesan cheese powder here. This Parmesan cheese powder also season it.
STEP 9/13
Since we are going to grill it on the spot, we will grill it on the instant pan with seasoned vegetables, grilled corn butter, and Iberico pork. I don't need oil. Oil comes from pork and vegetables seasoned with olive oil anyway.
STEP 10/13
I used the torch I bought this time to give the top part a taste of fire. I just made it slightly tanned. I'll cook meat. We also added green onion salad so that the scallion can permeate the meat.
STEP 11/13

STEP 12/13
Lastly, scoop a spoonful of butter, put it next to the pan, and bake it together. Then you can enjoy savory steak. I think I used the torch without wanting it.
STEP 13/13
Pork steak using Iberico pork is complete. Grilled corn butter and grilled vegetables for garnish. There are two kinds of steaks, seasoned and grilled with salt. With the scent of green onions, I thought it was less greasy.
