Making a frying pan quesadilla
It's Mexican food where you grill cheese between tortillas. Basically, you can only have tortillas and cheese, and you can add additional ingredients such as beef, chicken, and shrimp depending on your taste. The name of the food is derived from the word Qeso, which means cheese.

Cooking Steps

Spread 1 tortilla with custard cheese.
Leave 2 to 3cm edge space empty (cheese may flow out)
Cover it with another tortilla sheet.

Grill the middle part of the cheese by pressing it gently with your hands.
Press the edges once or twice to prevent the cheese from falling out.

It is easy to burn, so bake it short and turn it upside down several times.
When both sides are moderately golden, the cheese inside melts to make it easier to eat.

You can cut it like pizza using a knife.
Depending on the size of the tortilla, 6 or 8 pieces are appropriate.
If tortillas are baked too crispy, the place where the knife touches them breaks like a snack, making them look bad.
