Cut the sausage and cut the onion and carrot into big pieces.
STEP 3/7
Blanch the sausage lightly in boiling water. (Get it out as soon as the sausage legs are wide open!)
STEP 4/7
Add cooking oil and stir-fry only onions and carrots.
STEP 5/7
While the vegetables are being stir-fried, make a sauce of 5T ketchup, 1T oyster sauce, and 1T honey
STEP 6/7
When the onion becomes transparent, add the sausage and sauce
STEP 7/7
If you stir-fry it deliciously, it's done!!
