I recently bought the French leg part of lamb from Costco, where you can buy meat that is good for a generous amount and price~ :) It looks okay, right? Now, let's get started with Costco Lamb Frechire Marinade.

First, put the French leg in a bowl and remove the blood

You know that if you soak the meat in water for too long to get rid of the blood, the meat loses its flavor, right? In addition, if you soak a small amount of sugar in water, it will reduce the time to remove blood in half, and vinegar will help remove the smell of the lamb, so you put it together and soak it in water for about 15 minutes

15 It's been 15 minutes. I think this is enough, so I took out the meat.

Place in kitchen towel and drain Costco lamb well. I trimmed the part where the fat is big on the French rack after removing the water

I used a fork to make holes and cuts in the meat. I thought it would be easy to eat and soft

I'm going to grill the marinated lamb now! Grill the meat and vegetables until golden brown.
Don't add salt together. The osmotic effect makes the meat less juicy and tough. It doesn't matter if you're going to eat it right away within 30 minutes, but if you're going to eat it a few days later, make sure to add salt before cooking it~ :)
