Making bread rusk with a bread-cooking air fryer

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare bread by cutting it long.
STEP 2/10
Add 1T of oligosaccharide to 4T of melted butter and mix.
STEP 3/10
Then, use a cooking brush or spoon to moisten the front and back of the bread

Sprinkle sugar evenly on the front and back of the bread.

Then, put it in the air fryer pan

Place in an air fryer and bake at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, take it out of the air fryer and flip it over
STEP 8/10
Bake at 160 degrees for another 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, when it is properly baked, take it out of the air fryer and sprinkle two skewers of cinnamon powder to complete the bread rusk.
STEP 10/10
Sprinkle 2 skewers of cinnamon powder and you're done with the bread rusk.
If you don't have an air fryer or oven, bake the bread in an ungreased pan until golden and then sprinkle sugar, which you can adjust to your taste.
