The process of steaming and cooling eggplants on a pot is more troublesome, so it is more troublesome to have more washing dishes than to have more tools. So, rather than seasoned eggplants that are steamed and seasoned, I cut and grilled eggplants, seasoned or braised, and stir-fried them all the time. The last eggplant harvested this year was steamed in a steamer for only 5 minutes and seasoned soft and moist. I still have branches in my garden, but I don't think it will grow to an edible size. Cooking Steps

Cut off the tip of the cleanly washed eggplant and peel off the yellow part of the skin with a knife. Cut the long branches into 3 pieces and the short branches into 2 pieces. And cut it in half

Fill the pot with water so that it doesn't sink. Then add the sieve and place the prepared eggplant so that the skin does not overlap as much as possible. Then cover and steam over high heat. When the water boils up, steam it over high heat for 5 minutes.

Eggplant steamed over high heat for 5 minutes. Let the steamed eggplant cool enough

Tear off enough cold branches not too thick. The cold eggplant is easily torn by placing it on the skin side of the eggplant and inserting the tip of the sharp knife into the skin side of the eggplant and tearing it long.
STEP 6/6
When I steamed 4 eggplants and tore them apart, 3 handfuls came out. Put the torn eggplant in a bowl and mix it gently with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons of garlic.
