Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
*Prepare eggs/butters at room temperature for at least an hour at lukewarm temperature!
First, put the gravitational powder, cocoa powder, starch, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl.
- If the cocoa powder is lumpy, put it on a sieve!
STEP 2/17
Mix it with a whipper! I'll put it away for a second
STEP 3/17
Gently beat butter in another large bowl.
STEP 4/17
When the color gets bright and the volume comes up
STEP 5/17
Add brown sugar and white sugar and continue to whip.
STEP 6/17
If you can't see the sugar particles, I'll put the eggs in now!
STEP 7/17
Add one egg each!
If the first egg is mixed, you can add the next egg!
STEP 8/17
If you're all mixed well, the whipping is done! Add the powder that was mixed in here!
STEP 9/17
Add the powder and mix it well using a spatula blade!
If you knead it like a bread dough, the cookies can come out hard like a stone.
Mix it gently as if you're scooping it up!
STEP 10/17
Add the dark chocolate chips to the dough that you can't see the raw powder and mix it to the end!
STEP 11/17
Wrap it well and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour!
STEP 12/17
Divide cookie dough into 6 pieces in 1 hour.
You can set it at 160g per piece.
It's really big, but don't panic! This is why it's called Levin Cookie
STEP 13/17
Please make it into a ball!
You can't do it like a bunch of rice balls..
It's round enough to make it lumpy
STEP 14/17
Place parchment paper in a pan.
Now preheat the oven to 205 degrees!
It's in the fridge These are the dough that came out, so it's best if you take out the cold and preheat it
STEP 15/17
Bake in a preheated oven at 205 degrees for 11-13 minutes.
I liked 12 minutes.
If it's steak
11 minutes is medium rare
12 minutes is medium well
Thirteen minutes would be about well done!!
STEP 16/17
Cool it out of the oven for 20 minutes and transfer it to a cooling net. There are more people who enjoy the Yorban cookies warmly~
Eat it when it's warm! It's still thickHahaha
If you cool it down completely, you can enjoy it in a dry and moist style~~
STEP 17/17
It's complete with a dark look!
