Trim the shrimp.
Peel the washed shrimp, remove the head, and remove the intestines from the shrimp's back.
If you can't find the internal organs, remove them with a toothpick.

Stir-fry minced garlic in a heated pan.

When the garlic scent comes up, stir-fry the sliced shrimp.

When the shrimp is half cooked, stir-fry minced carrots and onions.

Stir-fry the broccoli in the right amount.
STEP 6/6
When broccoli is cooked, stir-fry rice, oyster sauce, pepper, and salt.
If it's difficult to prepare shrimp, you can add cocktail shrimp.
