Cooking Steps

First, put 2 cups of rice wine in a bowl..

STEP 3/13
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and stir to melt.

Prepare 4 cups of flour..

Put it in the melted makgeolli water and knead it.
STEP 6/13
I'm going to make the dough, but this dough is a lot tougher than other doughs~
Keep stirring and kneading without sickle powder

Don't do it for more than four hours~
If it is over-fermented, it becomes tasteless.

I'm going to steam it using the steam function in the air fryer.
When steaming over a gas fire, boil it with water in a steamer and steam it on a cotton cloth for 40 to 50 minutes.

Put water in a steamer, pour the dough into a round mold, sprinkle it on the raisins, mix it once, and steam it

Put the lid on and steam it for about 50 minutes.

I gained weight well
Like this, makgeolli alcohol bread is completed.
Never ferment for more than four hours~ When you use a steamer, put the dough on a cloth and steam it. You can put it in a rice cooker and steam it using the steam function.
