[Latte pudding] Soak gelatin in ice water.

Heat milk, vanilla beans, and sugar in a pot.

Put the coffee beans in the heated milk, cover it, and boil it for about 30 minutes.

Mix sugar and perilla well and mix in boiling coffee.

The hardened coffee jelly is naturally floated with a spoon and finished on latte pudding.
