Cut tofu into 2cm squares and soak in hot water for about 20 minutes.

Mix the minced beef with sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and pepper, and marinate it for a while.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry chopped green onions.

When the scented green onion comes up, stir-fry the marinated beef and rice wine.

When the beef is half-cooked, stir-fry it with soy sauce.

Stir-fry the drained tofu.
STEP 7/7
Pour the mapa tofu sauce into the warm rice.
Put tofu in hot water and use it to make it less mashed.
It may break when stir-frying tofu, so hold the pan handle and shake it to mix evenly.
