STEP 1/7
First, don't put oil on anchovies
Just put it in a frying pan and stir-fry it
When you're dry
That way, you have to stir-fry it to remove the fishy taste
STEP 2/7
If you fry dried anchovies in a frying pan
You can see that it's getting golden
Since anchovies have a fishy taste, if you stir-fry them once, the fishy taste will disappear
And you can stir-fry it without adding oil
This is because the anchovies themselves also produce oil!
If you stir-fry it on high heat, it will burn
Stir-fry it over medium heat
STEP 3/7
Put the stir-fried anchovies in a wide bowl
Maybe it's because I stir-fried anchovies to get rid of the fishy taste
Good, good
The anchovies are seasoned
It's a side dish that doesn't need to be seasoned, so it's easier for beginners to make
It's even easier :)
STEP 4/7
Since I stir-fried anchovies, should I make chili oil
You can make green onion oil
You can make chili oil, but I personally recommend green onion oil
Add 1T of oil
Cut and stir-fry the peppers and make chili oil
You don't need to season it
I added 1T of soy sauce and added some scent
The chili oil is done
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry dried anchovies, add chili oil, 2T of oligosaccharide, and mix well
You can control the sweetness
I like sweet flavors
I wanted to add more
I think it's better to control it for your health
I don't put sesame oil in a dry side dish like stir-fried anchovies
STEP 6/7
Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well
Above all, if you have dried peppers, you can cut two dried peppers
STEP 7/7
There's no special recipe for stir-fried anchovies
Now, apply it here
Dried squid, red pepper paste, and soy sauce
Dried squid is the same recipe, so use it
I strongly recommend green onion oil instead of chili pepper
