STEP 1/10
Bake the burger buns in a pan.

Make the Sriracha mayo sauce.
4 spoons of mayonnaise and 1 spoon of sriracha is perfect. (Adjustable to your liking)

Cut the onions in half and slice them sideways.
STEP 4/10
Stir-fry onions with a spoon of sugar without oiling the pan. Stir-fry until caramelized.
STEP 5/10
Combine 3 eggs and 2 tablespoons unsalted butter in a pan and turn on gas over medium heat.
STEP 6/10
Continue to stir in a circle using a silicone spatula.
The outside part is cooked first, and you make scrambled eggs by pushing around it.
Turn off heat when cooked to a certain extent.
Sprinkle with chives, chopped green onions, parsley, etc. and clump in a circle.

Sprinkle sriracha sauce on both sides of bread.
STEP 8/10
Place scrambled eggs on bottom bun and onion on top bun.
STEP 9/10
Add 2 sheets of cheddar cheese and combine the two.

If you want the cheddar cheese to melt, microwave it slightly before you eat.
