Mix strawberry jam and heated milk together

In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt

Add 1 and stir until well blended

Sift together the flour, almond powder and baking powder and mix well

Add melted butter cooled to 50-60C and mix well

Cover your cheeks with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour

Squeeze 70 to 80 percent of the batter into a madeleine pan

Bake at 190C for 6 minutes and at 180C for 5-6 minutes

Allow to stand for 3 minutes, then remove from mold and cool

Dissolve the chocolate completely in a double boiler
STEP 11/15
Squeeze melted chocolate into a pan and place on top of the completely cooled madeleine

Let it harden in the freezer for 30 minutes
STEP 13/15
Turn the pan upside down and hit lightly or carefully separate it with your hands

and decorate it with strawberry blossom or strawberry chips
