LaAnta's Spicy Bean Sprout Soup - Deliciously Spicy!!
I really like spicy food. I even think it's a sin that spicy food is not made spicy. Therefore, I think it is a great blessing for our humanity to have not only chili powder but also Cheongyang chili pepper, Vietnamese chili pepper, and Habanero in the world. I went to a strange neighborhood in early summer and found a store that sells a wide variety of seedlings. For me, who fell in love with Habanero again through two trips to Cancun last year, it may have been fate (?), to sweep all the red pepper seedlings that say hot, including Habanero, jalapeno, Thai peppers, chili peppers, etc. (..........Hair...?) Anyway, I! I always realize a divine move through one or two spicy peppers. It is true that I always have a trauma about bean sprout soup as I have a heartbreaking memory of taking more than two hours to cook a bowl of rice and a bean sprout soup in an unfamiliar life called "Marriage & Living" that I started without doing the dishes when I was young. That day...I felt bitterly that bean sprout soup is not a soup that can be tasted as easily as I thought, and that it was because of my ignorance that made the wrong choice of bean sprout soup... One day, I experienced a new world of bean sprout soup with spicy chili peppers that I accidentally put in, and after that, I am so proud of it

Ingredients

  • Seasoned salt

  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Boil 4 cups of water and sliced onions in a pot.
STEP 2/5
When the onion is soaked, take out the onion
STEP 3/5
Cook the bean sprouts without a lid on, putting them in to soak.
STEP 4/5
Add minced garlic, spicy pepper and green onion
STEP 5/5
Add salt.
If the bean sprouts are cooked too well, they will get tough, so just cook them until they are crunchy. The more spicy it is in my mouth, the more delicious it is, so I put in about five, but I try to increase or decrease the amount of peppers to suit my taste. In the case of red chili peppers, it's quite spicy even if you add three. Add or subtract the amount of salt to your liking.
