Cook 8 whole garlics in microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds in advance and simmer slightly with 3 spoons of water.

Prepare a mixture of 2 cups of frying powder and 2 spoons of chicken powder.
Preheat the fryer to 335-340 degrees.
Put the batter evenly on the milk batter chicken, and put the chicken in the fryer.
1st frying pan 4 minutes and 30 seconds -> (rest air exposure 1 minute) -> 2nd frying pan 30 seconds

Mix the fried chicken with the big galbi sauce you made earlier.

Sweet and salty king Suwon king galbi chicken is done!
It's perfect with rice or as a chibap!
It's quite addictive, so I think I'll think of it often.
You can add spicy flavor if you add fresh pepper at the end of the large galbi sauce
